Info: Stylish Air Max 1 that is part of a two pair set. This is the "Day" version. A "Night" version was released alongside this pair in a muted black/grey color scheme. The pair takes inspiration from the Centre Pompidou in Paris. Tinker Hatfield is said to have designed this silhouette with the Centre Pompidou in mind. At the time, the Centre Pompidou went against the typical building aesthetics by taking the interior tubes that are normally hidden and displaying them in a colorful fashion. This pair has white leather paired with a grey nubuck panels. The piping or stitching is red, yellow, and green mirroring the color of the tubes outside the Centre Pompidou. A blue swoosh adorns the sides. A red air pocket is located in a white midsole. The outsole is a somewhat clear color. Underneath the outsole is the Centre Pompidou "P" located in the middle of red, yellow, blue, and green stripes of varying widths.
